FTN Motion was born in Wellington - a city rich in urban culture, a vibrant start-up scene, progressive investors, and a perfect testbed for an electric commuter bike like the Streetdog.

But when it came time to build, scale, and export, space in the capital became a challenge. We needed room to grow and a base better suited for manufacturing. So we made the move to Hamilton.

Here, we found more commercial property options, logistics infrastructure with direct access to major transport routes and ports, and a strong network of local manufacturing partners across CNC machining, fabrication, tube bending, and automotive painting.

Every Streetdog is now designed and hand-built right here in Kirikiriroa Hamilton. Each one is custom-made to order - from colours and decals to seats, tyres, and accessories. No two Streetdogs are the same. What you ride is uniquely yours.
