Test ride waiver

1. I have a valid driver’s license and will bring my license along with me, or show the FTN Staff a photo.

2. I’ll check out the Streetdog before I get on it for any visible damage and/or defects, and inform the FTN team member of anything I find before driving off.

3. I won’t allow anyone else besides myself to ride the Streetdog.

4. I’ll report any damage to the vehicle or accident I may have had during the test ride.

5. If I break local laws, for example by parking the Streetdog somewhere it shouldn't be parked or not adhering to traffic and speed laws, I’ll pay the fines.

6. I’ll pay for any damage to the Streetdog that occurs during the test ride up to $1000, or the $1000 insurance excess if required.

7. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless FTN Motion from and against any, and all losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, claims, demands, costs and expenses arising out of my test ride or any breach of my responsibilities as set out in this waiver.

8. If you have booked an extended overnight test ride, you are ensuring that the bike is safely parked, inside.

9. We can cancel your ride at anytime, with or without explanation.
