People waste hours every day commuting across town in gridlocked traffic, pumping out endless clouds of emissions. This isn't great for people or the planet. So we set out to create a new commuter experience. One that brought back the fun and freedom to urban travel.

Inspired by youthful exuberance

The FTN story began with two friends and one shared goal: To revolutionise the urban commuter experience. It all started in a garage in New Zealand. Engineers Luke and Kendall wanted to create an electric motorbike that defined it's own genre. They started tinkering with an old push bike. Then COVID hit, giving them the time to complete a working prototype. The Streetdog was born. Beautiful, timeless, electric, and fully engineered in New Zealand. In late 2020, local investors started coming onboard and momentum built. 10 beta bikes were sold. Followed by 100 early adopter pre-sales. With the desire to keep crafting Streetdog's in New Zealand, the team moved from Wellington to Hamilton. Today, FTN has 150+ Streetdogs on the road across Australia and New Zealand.

Every Streetdog is then custom made according to your order and assembled by our team of technicians right here in Hamilton.
